William "Woody" Prettyman, CEO of Virginia Beach, VA based Studio Center Total Production announced in a prepared release today the acquisition of Tonic Studios, New York City.

Tonic, located in mid-town Manhattan, at 50th East 42nd Street, excels at long form mixing, feature film scores, promo mixing, advertising and sound design.
