Summer Movies are back at Prospect Park. The 2021 Summer Movie lineup will start July 29 and is scheduled through August 19th.
Prospect Park Long Meadow at the north end is where the screenings will be held free and open to the public. The series is presented by Showtime, hosted by Brooklyn Magazine, Prospect Park Alliance, and the office of the Brooklyn Borough President.
"What better sign that summer is back in Prospect Park than the return of our beloved annual movie series," said Prospect Park Alliance President Sue Donoghue. "We are so appreciative of SHOWTIME, Brooklyn Magazine, and the Brooklyn Borough President for bringing this series to Prospect Park for another season of outdoor fun."
The films will begin just after sundown. The north end of the Long Meadow is located nearest to the Grand Army Plaza entrance.
