The Gotham Awards took place Monday night, November 29th at Cipriani Wall Street. The big winner for the evening was The Lost Daughter. It won Best Feature as well as Maggie Gyllenhaal and Olivia Colman winning individual awards. Gyllenhaal took home Best Screenplay and the Bingham Ray Breakthrough Director awards. Colman won the Outstanding Lead Performance award.

Career tributes were given during the ceremony to Kristen Stewart, Peter Dinklage, Jane Campion, and Eamonn Bowles. The inaugural Icon Tribute was awarded posthumously to Kathleen Collins. An Ensemble Tribute was given to the cast of The Harder They Fall and an Impact Salute was given to The Actors Fund.
