Netflix is producing a new series titled Jigsaw which they describe as an inventive, non-linear story that centers around an elaborate heist in Manhattan. By non-linear, they mean that the viewer will be able to watch the episodes in any order they choose until the season finale.
This is the first production being housed out of the Netflix rented studio in Brooklyn called Bushwick Studios.
Jigsaw stars Giancarlo Esposito along with Rufus Sewell, Paz Vega, Rosaline Elbay, Tati Gabrielle, Peter Mark Kendall, Jai Courtney, Jordan Mendoza, and Niousha Noor.
We have been trying to catch a glimpse of them for months. They have had the standard film shoot signs in the Financial District, but we just never saw them. Possibly due to weather delaying shoots and maybe because they are a virtual jigsaw puzzle.
Well, we finally saw them in action at Fosun Plaza on Sunday, February 27th. They were shooting an interior shot with background players walking in the lobby and outside in the plaza. See the photos below.
