Art of Brooklyn Film Festival Winners Announced (released Thursday, June 16, 2016) By Douglas Lorah The Art of Brooklyn Film Festival ran June 4-12 at venues throughout Brooklyn. All of the films had a component related to the borough. The festival finished with an awards ceremony on Sunday, June 12 at St. Francis College. Festival Executive Director Joseph Shahadi opened the ceremony and Festival Director Eric Trenkamp emceed and doled out awards. All the winners received hand crafted plaques. Below are the winners. The Art of Brooklyn Film Festival ran June 4-12 at venues throughout Brooklyn. All of the films had a component related to the borough. The festival finished with an awards ceremony on Sunday, June 12 at St. Francis College.
