NYC Office of Nightlife Wants to Hear from You

Do you own a bar, produce a theater group, promote bands, dance in a nightclub, work at a comedy club, book tour groups, go to dance, attend outdoor films, juggle work/life balance, have parking woes due to event street closures near your home, make more money than you know what to do with, make no money but want to work towards more in the nightlife industry, drive for uber, lyft, via, sing in a group, manage a restaurant, own an art gallery, ride the train, walk the streets at night? New Yorkers benefit from the nightlife of the city. Benefits include social, economic and quality of life. How does it affect your life?
The NYC Media and Entertainment OFFICE OF NIGHTLIFE will hold a five borough listening tour. The first open call for comments, concerns, and ideas, to strengthen safe and vibrant nightlife in New York is happening October 2 starting in Brooklyn. The following is a list of upcoming stops of the tour:

The Office of Night Life serves as a central point of contact of City agencies, nightlife business owners, employees, patrons and city residents. Listening sessions will be led by Ariel Palitz, the Senior Executive Director of the Office of Nightlife. City agencies with oversight of nightlife will also be on hand to note constituents concerns and to follow up where appropriate.
"The sessions are designed to inform the Office of Nightlife as it pursues policy recommendations and long-term solutions to ensure the vitality of New York's nightlife. Attendees will be invited to publicly share their ideas and priorities for every borough and every neighborhood. The Office of Nightlife welcomes all New Yorkers to share feedback on topics such as quality of life, safety, regulations, enforcement, and the role nightlife plays in fostering creativity and social cohesion."
