NYFF Offers Free Talks at Lincoln Center

The NYFF 2018 offers a series of free talks that are open to the public. So until you land that series regular spot on TV, the festival offers all budget levels a place to participate. Presented by The Film Society of Lincoln Center, the 56th annual event is now in progress and will run through October 14, 2018. The Talks are presented by HBO and are held daily at 7p.m. in the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center Amphitheater.
Some of the highlights on the scheduled free talks include:
NYFF Docs Talk with Film Society Executive Director and documentary filmmaker Lesli Klainberg.
NYFF LIVE: Making Private Life speaks with director Tamara Jenkins, producer Anthony Bregman and actor Kayli Carter. The details of working together on the NETFLIX production Private Life will be the topic.
NYYFF Live: New York Women in Film & Television - Early Women in Film Pioneers: Alice Guy Blanche
Additionally, there are talks on producing, costume design, and writing among others between today and the end of the festival.
Look for the final talk with Willem Dafoe on October 13 at 2pm where his career and acting craft will be the discussion.
