Inwood Film Festival is back in person June 2-5, 2022 and will have an online extension IFF+ to view films as well.
"If there is one positive thing that we've learned from the Covid-19 pandemic, it is that our community exists beyond geographical boarders. Our goal for IFF+ is to provide an alternative digital platform that celebrates, showcases, and enhances accessibility to the films of our fantastic local artists."
The Inwood Film Festival focuses on the Inwood community and films are either made about the area, in the area, or by someone from the area of Northern Manhattan.
The fifth annual festival has two seminars, special events and post-show conversations with filmmakers programmed. The festival will be held at Columbia University's Campbell Sports Center in Inwood.
