What The Fest!?
This event started Thursday and runs through the weekend.  IFC Center is hosting this 4 day screening event of "cerebral genre films".  These are "movies that have some kind of wtf element."

Al Pacino has been at a few screenings this week at Quad Cinemas and he will continue by introducing his film Wilde Salomé at Friday night's 7:00pm screening.  Also on Friday evening, Quad is hosting a Q&A with director Lynn Shelton moderated by Ira Glass following the 7:10pm screening of her film Outside In.

New Directors/New Films
Now in its 47th edition, the New Directors/New Films festival is New York's premier showcase for the work of emerging filmmakers from around the world.  The screening showcase began March 28, but runs through April 8 at MoMA.

Screening of Love After Love at IFC Center

2018 SWAN (Support Women Artists Now) Day Screening and Reception
NYWIFT, SVA, SAG-AFTRA, and a bunch of other sponsors are coming together to celebrate women artists.  They will screen the documentary Winnie by Pascale Lanche.  The doc is about Winnie Madikizela Mandela.  The screening is followed by a Q&A and reception.  Free with RSVP.  Saturday, March 31.  1:00 - 4:30 PM.
