Phil Donahue Doc Screens in NY, Miami, SXSW

Phil Donahue and Ellen Spiro produced a feature documentary about the Iraq war called Body of War. The film tells the story about veteran Tomas Young who becomes paralyzed and turns to anti-war activism. The movie contains original songs written and performed by Eddie Vedder.
There is a free preview screening at the Broadway Theater at 3434 Broadway and 78th Street in New York on Saturday, March 1st. At the screening, Phil Donahue, Ellen Spiro, and Tomas Young will be on hand to answer questions.
Body of War is also currently making its festival rounds while hitting select theaters nationwide. It can be seen at the Miami International Film Festival, SXSW Film Festival in Austin, and the Full Frame Documentary Film Festival in Durham, North Carolina.
