Filmmaker Talks for Tribeca at Apple Store

As part of the Tribeca Film Festival, the SoHo Apple Store is hosting Filmmaker Talks. If you haven't heard about the series, you've already missed Clive Owen, Tony Gilroy, Amy Poehler, Guy Maddin, Morgan Spurlock, Tom Kalin, Isabella Rossellini, and Greg Mottola. Tomorrow, May 1st at 6:30pm is Harmony Korine, who has his third feature film Mister Lonely being release by IFC on Friday.
Friday, May 2nd at 6:30pm is Beastie Boy Adam Yauch who made Awesome; I Shot That! and now screening at the film festival is Gunnin' for That #1 Spot. On Saturday, Paul Haggis will be in the house. Starting at 6:30pm, this multiple Oscar winner (Million Dollar Baby, Crash) will discuss his more recent work In the Valley of Elah and the upcoming releases Quantum of Solace and Ranger's Apprentice.
Closing out the Filmmaker Talks on Sunday afternoon is local Matthew Modine. This one begins at 5:30pm and he will be screening his short film I Think I Thought, which happens to be an official selection of this year's fest. He will entertain a Q&A after the film.
The Apple Store is located at 103 Prince Street in Manhattan.
