The Lost Daughter is currently screening in theaters and it opened in New York this past Friday at IFC Center. It recently won 4 awards at the Gothams including Best Feature.

On Friday evening, first-time feature director Maggie Gyllenhaal accompanied the 8pm screening for a Q&A with actor Peter Sarsgaard.

The Lost Daughter continues playing at IFC Center this week along with screenings at the Paris Theater. It comes out on Netflix on December 31st. There's a good review of the film at RogerEbert.com.
