It is Athena Film Festival time of year and for many, it is a wonderful, empowering program held annually at the Barnard Campus. This year, the festival will be virtual and in-person starting March 11 and running until March 20, 2022.
Virtual panels planned for March 11 are Accessibility is a Right, Not the Newest Hollywood Trend and another panel called: Let's Talk About Sets: How Intimacy Coordinators Are Making Sets Safer.
Virtually, the festival is from March 11-20. In-person events will be March 11-13, 2022. Passes can now be purchased for Hybrid, Virtual or In-Person events. The opening night film Master is an In-Person Event with the Director and Writer Mariama Diallo in-person for a Q&A at 6:00p.m. Regina Hall is one of the executive producers and stars in the film as well.
