Emmy Award winning actress comedian Pamela Adlon will present an advanced screening of the finale episode of the fifth and final season of her FX show Better Things. Additionally, series creator Adlon will be in conversation with Isaac Mizrahi following the screening at the 92Y on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 7p.m.

The show Better Things is commentary on motherhood, feminism and modern life. Acting since 12 years old and with over 40 years of industry experience, this production had Pamela Adlon in a director, creator, show runner role, a shift from her normal in front of the camera location. Adlon also leads an all-female production company, Slam Book Inc. overseeing projects in development focused on unique personal stories. Often an advocate for women and other underrepresented groups, Adlon continues to elevate others through the production company to allow other voices to be raised.
