On Tuesday, November 22nd, BAM will have a 30th anniversary screening of Malcolm X. Spike Lee announced the screening event on his Instagram on November 8th. Spike will be at the screening and make a special introduction, so get your tickets and make sure to be there early.
Malcolm X is Spike Lee's film based on the iconic activist starring Denzel Washington, Angela Bassett, Delroy Lindo, and even Spike himself.
The movie starts at 7pm and takes place in the Howard Gilman Opera House of the Peter Jay Sharp Building. BAM is located at 30 Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn.
