If you are B movie fan, starting tonight and running through the weekend is a treat for you. Lloyd Kaufman is going to do Q&A's after screenings of three of his films. All the movies are playing at Film Noir Cinema in Brooklyn.
Tonight, Kaufman will talk after the screening of Eating Miss Campbell. This Troma produced film is described as, "A vegan-goth high school student falls in love with her new English teacher and develops a problematic taste for human flesh." The film starts at 8pm.
On Saturday, Kaufman will accompany a screening of Shakespeare's Shitstorm. Another Troma film, this is a parody of Bill Shakespeare's The Tempest, except it's about a literal boatload of pharmaeutical execs. That's at 9pm.
And on Sunday at 8pm, Troma's Divide and Conquer screens. The logline... "Three women warriors find themselves on the run and kicking in the teeth of every misogynist that dares to cross their path." Lloyd will be there after the film.
Film Noir Cinema is located at 122 Meserole Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
