The 2023 Greenpoint Film Festival presents 38 shorts and 10 feature films in its 12th annual iteration being held August 2-6th. Greenpoint, the mostly Polish neighborhood located in North Brooklyn, focuses on expanding the local film network. Bringing Art & Film Together is the running theme of the festival.
A special event will open the festival August 2 at 7p.m. with the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in New York and is an invite screening. ECHOES OF UKRAINE will start the public festival screenings and JOYLAND will be the closing night film. Festival films will screen at The Boiler - Elm Foundation located at 191 North 14th Street, Brooklyn 11249. Female stories and NYMade: New Directors will be presented on the schedule as well.
