The Athena Film Festival, in addition to its annual festival, has creative development initiatives.  Right now, they are running their Documentary Pitch Program, formerly known as the Works in Progress.

This program runs January and February with an actual pitch session during the Athena Film Festival on March 1, 2024. The teams will work on story development and pitch training with Judith Helfand of Chicken & Egg Pictures.
