Film, Innovation and Music occupy the Northside

Beginning June 8, the filmmakers will gather at Nitehawk, Union Docs, Videology, Brooklyn Photo Studio and Wythe Screening Room for presentations. Swiss documentary filmmakers expound on Climate Change. Hungarian filmmakers explore universal themes, and blocks of shorts, episodics, and documentaries staggered around feature films are the film line-up that concludes on June 10.
On June 11, the Innovation begins and scheduled to speak are leaders in technology, entrepreneurship, and design. Find out what content is relevant, how to navigate start-ups from people who have, and designing your business models to meet future demands. Panels take place in the Wythe, Brooklyn Brewery, and KinFolk 94.
Music will fill the air and venues in Williamsburg and Greenpoint neighborhoods. Anchoring the festival, McCarren Park will serve as an outdoor stage and festival headquarters. Bands and performers are expected to play June 11-14.
On Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14, Bedford Avenue between Metropolitan and North 12th will be sectioned off for pedestrian traffic to stroll and lounge about the art.
