First Look Hits Fifth Year at Moving Image (released 12/17/2015) By Douglas Lorah Tickets went on sale today for the fifth annual First Look at the Museum of the Moving Image.  First Look tries to bring international cinema to Astoria and this year they are looking at works that reflect on film as an art form. First Look runs January 8 through 24 opening with the US premiere of Francofonia.  Films originate from all over the world with what looks like a focus on France.  There are also a few films from Cuba and works of Jim Jarmusch including a retrospective that includes his 2009 film The Limits of Control.
