Nominations Announced for Emmys, Colbert to Host

The 69th Emmy Awards will be held in Los Angeles, California on Sunday, September 17, 2017. CBS will broadcast the event live at 8pm Eastern / 5pm Pacific from the Microsoft Theater with the Master of Ceremonies Stephen Colbert.

Non-cable, cable, and online platforms are considered when nominating productions. Currently, 26 online platforms, 30 cable, and 6 non-cable means of distributing television are nominated for this year's awards.

HBO is leading with the most nominations with 111, Netflix is second with 91 nominations, NBC is third with 64 nominations, and FX is nominated 54 times.  Saturday Night Live and Westworld are leading the night in nominations with 22 each.
