Spielberg and More at New York Film Festival 55

The 55th New York Film Festival will be September 28 - October 15, 2017. The opening night film is Richard Linklater's LAST FLAG FLYING, Todd Haynes' WONDERSTRUCK will be the centerpiece, and Woody Allen's WONDER WHEEL is the closing night presentation. Retrospective will honor Robert Mitchum's centenary. Special events include Susan Lacey's SPIELBERG that chronicles the filmmaker's career. Spielberg is scheduled to attend the festival.
Two talks will take place. First, Kate Winslet will be in conversation about her career and performance in Woody Allen's closing night film WONDER WHEEL. Second, a master class with cinematographers Vittorio Storaro and Ed Lachman and their contributions to the closing and centerpiece films.
