Celebrate Monty Python 40th Anniversary at Tribeca

The 2015 Tribeca Film Festival will include a special celebration screening to commemorate 40 years of Monty Python and the Holy Grail. An international premiere of the documentary Monty Python - The Meaning of Live will also be a part of the festivities.

On April 24 at the Beacon Theatre, surviving members John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones, and Michael Palin will take part in a presentation of Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Tickets for the event will go on sale March 23 for American Express card holders and March 28 to the general public.

The Meaning of Live directed by Roger Graef and James Rogan allows viewers access to the preparation and staging of Monty Python's 2014 reunion shows at the O2 Arena in London. The doc will play April 25.

Monty Python's Life of Brian will also screen Saturday, April 25. Monty Python's The Meaning of Life will be projected April 26.

All films will include a Q&A after the viewing with members of Monty Python.
