NYC Public Schools puts on a film festival for students every year for the past 8 years. Now, the Parks Department is screening some the best short films this week as part of Movies Under the Stars.

Screenings begin at dusk. These events are free. If it rains, which looks like a possibility for Friday, the screenings will be cancelled. Right now, the forecast for Saturday looks good.
