Dear England is a TV mini-series on the BBC. It held a screening and talk on June 12th at the Tribeca Festival. The event at Tribeca had actor Joseph Fiennes along with Writer and Executive Producer James Graham. This was a great match with the World Cup starting.
Dear England charts the game-changing rebirth of England’s national game, football, at the hands of an unlikely disruptor - Gareth Southgate. Within this traditionally masculine world, Gareth is infamous as the cerebral and introverted former defender who missed a crucial penalty in the Euro 1996 semi-final, destroying the last real chance of breaking the 'curse'.
Here are a couple of photos from the red carpet the preceded the screening and talk.
