Notice To Quit is the story of a struggling yet resilient New York rental agent in his own eviction crisis. During this crisis, his 10 year old daughter arrives at his doorstep he is in the process of loosing. Filmed in NY's five boroughs, this comedy of misadventures puts a spin on the road movie genre as the father daughter duo transverse the city on foot.

Notice To Quit not only explores Andy's struggles as a failing father and floundering realtor, but also delves into the complexities of family dynamics and the pursuit of redemption amidst the chaotic urban landscape.

Notice To Quit stars Michael Zegen, known for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, along with Kasey Bella Suarez as Anna his daughter. The film was written and directed by Simon Hacker; this being his feature debut.

This is also the first film being distributed by Hacker's distribution company Whiskey Creek Releasing, along with partner and former NBA player, Gordon Hayward.

Whiskey Creek is releasing the film on September 27th nationwide to 400-plus screens including AMC, Harkins, Regal, Marcus, and Alamo Drafthouse locations.
