Film Tax Credit Open for Public Comment (released 3/13/2014) By Kim Burke $420 Million is the figure attached to the Film Tax Credit allocation for Legislative session 2014 in the State of New york. The tax credit package is altering the incentive from previous legislation to further encourage post production work being performed in Upstate New York.
